Our skilled team of professionals and nurses strive to bring you and your loved ones compassionate, quality care. Rehabilitation is often the first step to help you or your loved one transition from an elective surgery to home life.

Our teams work directly with you to create a treatment plan, whether you or your loved one is here for short or long-term care. We provide an at-home experience, where we provide fun resident activities, holiday events, and great meals in a comfortable environment to help you or your loved one recover.

We designed the specialized programs we offer to enhance the lives of our patients. We will work with you and your physician to create a rehab plan and provide the optimal guidance to ensure your recovery goes smoothly.

We encourage anyone with an elective surgery or questions about our rehabilitation center to contact us by filling out the form.

Benefits of Pre-Registering Your Rehabilitation Stay

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, and equipment.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

In addition, your physician will partner with our rehab team in the planning of your post-operative recovery plan. Your surgeon will be able to customize your post-op recovery protocols and they will be implemented by our knowledgeable and experienced team.

These steps will all help ease the transition from hospital, to rehabilitation, to home.
